Dimitris Tsokolis is a Ph.D. Research Assistant in Laboratory of Applied Thermodynamics of the Aristotle University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras (2010) and a M.Sc. in State-of-the-Art Design and Analysis Methods in Industry from the University of Thessaly’s Department of Mechanical Engineering (2012). His research interests focus on the measurement and modeling of gaseous and particulate emissions from vehicles and internal combustion engines, the correlation of micro and macro vehicle emissions with the Intelligent Transport Systems and the Information and Communication Technologies, the air pollution and climate change.
